腔内ECG定位技术联合体外测量法在PICC中的应用

Application of Intracavitary ECG Positioning Technique Combined with in Vitro Measurement Method in PICC

目的:探讨腔内心电图(ECG)定位技术联合体外测量法在经外周静脉穿刺的中心静脉导管(PICC)中的应用。方法:选取2021年1月—2023年1月阜宁县人民医院收治的100例行上肢PICC置管的患者作为研究对象。根据抛币法将其随机分为观察组和对照组,各50例。两组均进行PICC,对照组PICC应用体外测量法,观察组PICC应用腔内ECG定位技术联合体外测量法。比较两组一次性置管情况、导管相关并发症、置管满意度。结果:观察组置管准确率为98.00%,高于对照组的86.00%,置管过深率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组并发症发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组总满意度为100%,高于对照组的92.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:腔内ECG定位技术联合体外测量法可提高一次置管准确率,提高患者满意率。

Objective:To explore the application of intracavitary electrocardiogram(ECG)positioning technique combined with in vitro measurement method in peripherally inserted central venous catheter(PICC).Method:A total of 100 patients undergoing upper limb PICC cathetering admitted to Funing County People's Hospital from January 2021 to January 2023 were selected as the study objects.They were randomly divided into observation group and control group according to coin toss method,50 cases in each group.PICC were performed in both groups.The control group applied in vitro measurement method in PICC,the observation group applied intracavitary ECG positioning technique combined with in vitro measurement method in PICC.The one-time catheterization condition,catheter-related complications and catheterization satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Result:The accuracy of catheterization in the observation group was 98.00%,which was higher than 86.00%in the control group,and the rate of catheterization overdepth was lower than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of complications between the two groups(P>0.05).The total satisfaction of the observation group was 100%,which was higher than 92.00%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Intracavitary ECG positioning technique combined with in vitro measurement method can improve the accuracy of one-time catheterization and the satisfaction rate of patients.
