Nursing care of perineal Fournier’s gangrene in a haemodialysis patient

福尼尔坏疽是一种凶险的累及生殖器和会阴部周围的坏死性筋膜炎,死亡率极高。本文报道1例血透患者会阴部福尼尔坏疽的综合护理流程,包括病房环境管理、创面护理、心理护理、血透管理、血糖及膳食管理。兼顾血透护理的综合性规范化护理是决定患者预后的关键环节,可以尽可能降低福尼尔坏疽的死亡率。

Fournier’s gangrene is an aggressive form of necrotising fasciitis involving the genitals and perineum with a high mortality rate.In this study,we report the comprehensive nursing process of perineal Fournier’s gangrene in a hemodialysis patient,including ward environment management,trauma care,psychological care,hemodialysis management,blood glucose and dietary management.Comprehensive and standardized care that takes into account hemodialysis care is a key link in determining the patient’s prognosis and can minimize the mortality of Fournier’s gangrene.
