心房颤动患者抗凝治疗的临床疗效分析

Clinical efficacy of anticoagulation therapy in patients with atrial fibrillation

目的探究分析心房颤动(房颤)患者抗凝治疗的临床效果。方法选取2020年2月至2022年2月于解放军总医院第七医学中心心内科收治的房颤患者120例为研究对象。按照电脑盲选方式随机分为对照组与观察组,每组各60例,对照组采用阿司匹林进行治疗;观察组采用华法林抗凝治疗。对比分析两组的不良事件发生率、心功能指标以及并发症发生率。结果经治疗干预后,观察组在不良事件发生率、心功能指标及并发症的发生率方面明显优于对照组(P<0.05),差异有统计学意义。结论对房颤患者采用抗凝方式进行干预,可有效降低患者的不良事件发生率及并发症的发生率;同时能有效改善患者心功能指标,在临床中具有优良的效果,值得推广与应用。

Objective To study the clinical efficacy of anticoagulation therapy in patients with atrial fibrillation(AF).Methods AF patients(n=120)were chosen from Department of Cardiology in the Seventh Medical Center of Chinese PLA General Hospital from Feb.2020 to Feb.2022.All patients were divided,according to computerized blind selection method,into control group and observation group(each n=60).The control group was treated with aspirin,and observation group was treated with warfarin anticoagulation therapy.The incidence of adverse events,indexes of heart function and incidence of complications were compared and analyzed between 2 groups.Results After the treatment,the differences in incidence of adverse events,indexes of heart function and incidence of complications had statistical significance between 2 groups(P<0.05).Conclusion The incidence of adverse events and incidence of complications are effectively reduced,and indexes of heart function are improved in AF patients intervened with anticoagulation therapy,which has excellent clinical efficacy and is worthy of promotion and application.
