硬膜外分娩镇痛实施时机的选择对初产妇产程时间、分娩方式及新生儿状况的影响

Selection of Timing for Epidural Analgesia during Delivery and Its Impact on the Delivery Process Time,Delivery Method,and Newborn Condition of Primiparous Women

目的:探讨硬膜外分娩镇痛实施时机的选择对初产妇产程时间、分娩方式及新生儿状况的影响。方法:选取2021年5月—2023年5月于我院分娩80例初产妇,按随机数字表法分为两组,各40例。对照组于宫口<3cm时行硬膜外分娩镇痛,观察组于宫口≥3cm时行硬膜外分娩镇痛。比较两组产程时间、分娩方式、新生儿状况、产后出血量及盆底功能差异。结果:观察组第一产程、第二产程时间,短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组分娩方式相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组新生儿状况及产后出血量相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组盆底功能相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:宫口≥3cm时行硬膜外分娩镇痛能够缩短初产妇产程,且对分娩方式、新生儿无明显影响,值得广泛应用。

Objective:To explore the impact of the timing of epidural analgesia implementation on the delivery process time,delivery method,and newborn condition of primiparous women.Methods:80 primiparous women who gave birth in our hospital from May 2021 to May 2023 were selected and divided into two groups using a random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received epidural labor analgesia when the cervix was less than 3cm,while the observation group received epidural labor analgesia when the cervix was greater than or equal to 3cm.Compare the differences in labor process time,delivery method,newborn condition,postpartum hemorrhage volume,and pelvic floor function between two groups.Results:The first and second stages of labor in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in delivery methods between the two groups(P>0.05).There was no statistically significant difference(P>0.05)in the condition and postpartum hemorrhage between the two groups of newborns;There was no statistically significant difference in pelvic floor function between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Epidural labor analgesia at a cervix≥3cm can shorten the delivery process for primiparous women,and has no significant impact on delivery methods or newborns.It is worthy of widespread application.
