海参清洗剖切一体化设备设计

Design of integrated equipment for sea cucumber cleaning and cutting

摘要 针对中国海参初加工缺少机械化清洗剖切设备,人工处理海参效率低、劳动强度大、产品质量差等问题,研发了一款海参清洗剖切一体化设备。该设备主要由清洗装置、升降翻转装置和剖切装置及控制系统组成。在PLC系统的控制下,清洗装置通过超声波发生器与高压水雾喷头清洗海参体表及内部泥沙,升降翻转装置通过识别相机与丝杠式剪叉机构保证海参腹部朝下,最后通过剖切装置对向辊筒装置与圆盘刀实现海参内脏剖切及回收。通过设备运行及样机性能测试,结果显示:设备的最佳工艺参数为清洗装置传送带速度0.03 m/s,剖切装置上下辊筒间距30 mm,可实现满足要求的海参清洗剖切一体化作业。研究表明,该设备具有较好的稳定性,且在提高海参加工效率、减轻劳动负担、提升产品质量等方面效果显著,具有较好的推广应用前景。 In view of the problems such as lack of mechanized cleaning and cutting equipment for the initial processing of sea cucumbers in China,low efficiency,high labor intensity and poor product quality,an integrated cleaning and cutting equipment for sea cucumber is designed.The equipment is mainly composed of cleaning device,lifting and turning device,cutting device and control system.Under the control of PLC system,the cleaning device cleans the surface and internal sediment of sea cucumber by ultrasonic generator and high-pressure water mist nozzle;the lifting and turning device ensures that the belly of the sea cucumber is downward through the identification camera and the screw type cutting fork mechanism;at last,the sea cucumber viscera is cut and recovered by the cutting device and the disc cutter.Through the performance test and prototype equipment operation,the results show that the optimal process parameters of the equipment are the speed of the conveyor belt of the cleaning device 0.03 m/s and the spacing between the upper and lower rollers of the cutting device 30 mm,which can realize the integrated cleaning and cutting operation of sea cucumber.The research shows that the equipment has good stability and has significant effects on improving the processing efficiency of sea cucumber,reducing the labor burden and improving the quality of products,so it has a good application prospect.
