摘要
针对国内某选矿厂镍浮选工艺来矿性质不稳定、精矿品位波动大、回收率不理想的特点,结合浮选生产现场检测设备不完备或者检测周期长、费用高的现状,设计了一套基于品位预测模型的浮选过程智能控制系统,系统投入运行后,泡沫流速稳定性显著提高,精矿品位波动性明显减小,证明了系统的实用性。
In view of the characteristics of a domestic concentrator′s nickel flotation process,including unstable ore quality,large fluctuation of concentrate grade and unsatisfactory recovery rate.Combined with the current situation of incomplete testing equipment,long testing cycles,and high costs in the flotation production site,an intelligent control system for flotation process based on grade prediction model was designed.After the system was put into operation,the stability of foam flow rate was significantly improved and the fluctuation of concentrate grade was significantly reduced,which proved the practicability of the system.
