中药煮散历史悠久,具有良好的临床疗效,且溶出速度快,药材利用度高,可节省药材资源、降低医疗成本。如今我国优质野生中药材资源日益匮乏,造成中药材市场供需失衡,中药煮散具有不容忽视的研究与开发价值。本文通过综述中药煮散的历史渊源,与传统剂型对比分析煮散的应用特点,阐述煮散基于质量控制、药效学研究和临床研究的现代化研究概况,探讨了煮散现代化发展中存在的问题,为传承与发展中药煮散、缓解中药资源紧张提供路径和参考依据。

Traditional Chinese medicine powder for boiling has a long historical background and exhibits good clinical effect,facilitating the conservation of medicinal resources and the reduction of medical costs.However,nowadays,there is a shortage of high-quality wild Chinese medicinal materials in China,causing an imbalance in the market between supply and demand for these materials.Therefore,the significance of researching and developing traditional Chinese medicine powder for boiling cannot be underestimated.This article summarized the origin of traditional Chinese medicine powder for boiling,compared it with traditional dosage forms,analyzed its application characteristics,and elaborated the modern research status of powder for boiling.The quality control and pharmacodynamics were also discussed,as well as challenges in the modernization of powder for boiling.This article provided insights and a reference for the inheritance and advancement of traditional Chinese medicine powder for boiling,aiming to relieve the shortage of traditional Chinese medicine resources.
