郑万高铁长大下坡道区段闭塞分区划分与列控系统匹配性研究

Study on Matching of Block Partition and Train Control System in Long Heavy Down Grade Section for Zhengzhou-Wanzhou High-speed Railway

摘要 针对郑万高铁长大下坡道区段列控系统与闭塞分区划分不匹配导致列车ATP系统允许速度突降的问题,研究长大下坡道区段闭塞分区划分与列控系统的匹配性。基于CTCS2-200C和CTCS3-300H型列控车载设备软件制动模型进行仿真计算,得出郑万高铁长大下坡道区段闭塞分区符合性检算结果。经验证郑万高铁襄阳至万州段下行线反向闭塞分区长度CTCS2-200C检算结果存在不符合项两处;上行线反向轨道电路信息许可长度CTCS3-300H检算结果存在不符合项一处。由于反向运行为特殊运行场景,建议纳入铁路局列车运行管理办法,以解决检出问题对列车运行的影响。本项研究实现了跨专业技术融合验证闭塞分区设计与列控系统匹配性的方法,可供其他类似工程参考与借鉴。 In order to solve the problem of mismatch between the train control system and the block section partition of long heavy down grade of the Zhengzhou-Wanzhou high-speed railway,which leads to the sudden decrease of the permitted speed of automatic train protection system,the matching between the block section partition and the train control system of the long heavy down grade is studied.Based on the simulation and calculation using braking model of CTCS2-200C and CTCS3-300H onboard train control equipment software,the calculation results of block section compliance of long heavy down grade of Zhengzhou-Wanzhou high-speed railway are presented.It has been verified that there are two nonconformance items in the calculation result of CTCS2-200C for the reverse block section partition length of the downline Xiangyang-Wanzhou section.There is one nonconformance in the calculation result of CTCS3-300H for the permitted length of the track circuit information of the reverse upline.Since the reverse operation is a special operation scenario,it is suggested to incorporate the relevant contents into railway bureau train operation management measure to solve the impact of the detected problem on the train operation.This study realizes the method of verifying the matching between block partition design and train control system,and provides reference for other similar projects.
