摘要
大秦线是我国第一条双线重载电气化运煤专线,随着运量的逐年增加,线路尤其是隧道内因煤尘所导致的道床漏泄增大,造成轨道电路“红光带”故障,严重影响运输效率。为此,从彻底解决问题、工程改造影响范围小、方案可实施性强的角度出发,提出计轴与轨道电路共缆的传输方案。首先设计叠加系统整体架构,明确关键模块功能及系统工作流程;其次设计关键部件,并结合现场情况提出工程改造方案,指导叠加系统现场安装与实施;然后确定叠加系统应用技术范围,进一步对叠加系统进行整体测试,得出测试结论符合预期要求;最后对该方案进行经济性分析,论证实施该方案的必要性及推广价值。
The Datong-Qinhuangdao Railway is the first double-line heavy duty electrified coal transportation special line in China.With the increasing transport volume over the years,the ballast bed leakage caused by coal dust has been increasing,especially in the tunnel,causing“red-light strip”fault in the track circuit,which seriously affects the transportation efficiency.To address this problem thoroughly,with minimum impact on engineering modifications and strong feasibility of the proposed solution,a common cable transmission scheme for axle counting equipment and track circuit is presented in this study.Firstly,the overall architecture of the overlay system is designed,and the functions of key modules and the working process of the system are clarified.Secondly,the key component is designed,and an engineering modification plan is proposed on the on-site conditions to guide the on-site installation and implementation of the overlay system.The application technical scope of the overlay system is determined,and the overall test of the system is further carried out.The test results meet the expected requirements.Finally,an economic analysis of the scheme is conducted to demonstrate the necessity and promotion value of its implementation.
