铁路信号设计成果数字化交付应用研究

摘要 针对铁路信号设计成果交付主要采用传统的纸质交付方式,容易造成交付时信息丢失、管理时信息滞后、分析时信息追溯困难等问题,研究了可行的数字化交付手段与方案。首先,介绍了国内外铁路数字化交付的应用现状,通过分析对比传统交付与数字化交付的特点,论述数字化交付的内涵与特征;其次,针对铁路信号专业的数字化交付,提出关键技术问题和相应的解决方案,包括基于元数据的设计成果交付、设计系统的适应性改造、数字化审批和数据安全防护;然后,重点分析了铁路信号专业数字化交付的实施路径,从“铁路信号设计单元、交付内容及格式、交付流程”3个方面提出基于元数据Schema实现设计成果数字化交付的解决方案;最后,分析了数字化交付平台业务应用需求,并提出总体架构。研究表明,提出的数字化交付方案可以规范数字化交付的行为和成果,防止交付过程中的信息衰减和数据断层,提升交付质量和效率,实现工程全生命周期的信息传递和数据共享。此外,该方案不仅适用于铁路信号专业,同时也适用于铁路其他专业,可以为今后铁路领域的数字化交付应用提供重要参考。 In view of the traditional paper delivery method of railway signaling design achievements,which can easily cause problems such as information loss during delivery,information delay during management,and information traceability difficulties during analysis,feasible digital delivery means and solutions are studied.Firstly,the current application status of digital delivery in railway industry both domestically and internationally is introduced.By analyzing and comparing traditional delivery with digital delivery,the connotation and features of digital delivery are discussed.Secondly,key technical issues and corresponding solutions have been proposed for the digital delivery of railway signaling specialties,including design delivery based on metadata,adaptability transformation of design system,digital approval and data security protection.Then,the realization path of digital delivery of railway signaling is analyzed.Specific solutions based on metadata Schema for achieving digital delivery of design achievements are proposed from three aspects:railway signaling design unit,delivery content and format,delivery process.Finally,the business application requirements of digital delivery platform are analyzed,and the overall architecture of digital delivery platform is proposed.Research shows that the digital delivery solution proposed in this paper can standardize the behavior and achievements of digital delivery,prevent information decay and data faultage during delivery process,improve delivery quality and efficiency,and realize information transmission and data sharing throughout the engineering lifecycle.In addition,this solution is not only applicable to railway signaling but also to other railway industry,which can provide important reference for the future digital delivery application in railway industry.
