系统性红斑狼疮的免疫学检验联合检测的诊断价值

Diagnostic value of combined immunoassay in systemic lupus erythematosus

目的 探究系统性红斑狼疮的免疫学检验联合检测的诊断价值。方法 选取40例系统性红斑狼疮患者作为观察组,按活动期分成观察1组(非活动期)和观察2组(活动期),各20例;另选同期健康体检者20例作为对照组。所有研究对象均予以免疫学检验联合检测,分析诊断价值。结果 观察2组免疫球蛋白(Ig)A、IgG、IgM水平比观察1组、对照组高,C3、C4水平比观察1组、对照组低(P<0.05)。观察1组IgA、IgG水平比对照组高(P<0.05),但观察1组与对照组IgM、C3、C4水平相比无差异(P>0.05)。观察组抗Sm抗体阳性率为60.00%;抗组蛋白抗体阳性率为57.50%;抗双链DNA抗体阳性率37.50%;抗核小体抗体阳性率27.50%。对照组抗Sm抗体阳性率0;抗组蛋白抗体阳性率0;抗双链DNA抗体阳性率0;抗核小体抗体阳性率0。观察组抗Sm抗体阳性率、抗组蛋白抗体阳性率、抗双链DNA抗体阳性率、抗核小体抗体阳性率比对照组高(P<0.05)。结论 系统性红斑狼疮应用免疫学检验联合检测价值高,能为患者治疗提供参考。

Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of combined immunoassay in systemic lupus erythematosus.Methods 40 patients with systemic lupus erythematosus were selected as observation group,and they were divided into an observation group 1(non-active phase) and an observation group 2(active phase)according to their activity,with 20 cases in each group.Another 20 cases of health checkups in the same period were selected as the control group.All subjects were tested by combined immunoassay to analyze the diagnostic value.Results The levels of immunoglobulin(Ig)A,IgG and IgM in observation group 2 were higher than those in observation group 1 and control group,while the levels of C3 and C4 were lower than those in observation group 1 and control group(P<0.05).The levels of IgA and IgG in observation group 1 were higher than those in control group(P<0.05),but there was no difference in IgM,C3 and C4 levels between observation group 1 and control group(P>0.05).In the observation group,the positive rate of anti-Sm antibody was 60.00%,the positive rate of anti-histone antibody was 57.50%,the positive rate of anti-double-stranded DNA antibody was 37.50% and the positive rate of anti-nucleosome antibody was 27.50%.In the control group,anti-Sm antibody positive rate was 0,the positive rate of anti-histone antibody was 0,the positive rate of anti-double-stranded DNA antibody was 0,and the positive rate of anti-nucleosome antibody was 0.The positive rates of anti-Sm antibody,anti-histone antibody,anti-double-stranded DNA antibody and anti-nucleosome antibody in the observation group was higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combined immunoassay is of high value in systemic lupus erythematosus,and can provide reference for its treatment.
