摘要
环状核糖核酸(CircRNA)在乳腺癌诊断和预后评估中具有重要意义。本文综述CircRNA在乳腺癌中的研究进展,包括其在乳腺癌组织中的表达,生物学功能及调控,临床诊疗中的应用。以期为未来的研究和临床治疗提供思路和方向。
Circular ribonucleic acid(CircRNA) plays an important role in the diagnosis and prognosis assessment of breast cancer.This article reviews the research progress of CircRNA in breast cancer,including its expression in breast cancer tissues,biological function and regulation,and clinical application.In order to provide ideas and directions for future research and clinical treatment.
