快渗和沉淀法处理酸洗磷化废水及对污泥去化水平研究

摘要 针对目前环保要求日益严格以及现有工艺处置磷化废水污泥量大的现状:磷化废水主要来源于脱脂、酸洗以及磷化3个过程,介绍了一种将人工快渗与化学沉淀相结合的方式来净化磷化废水的工艺,对该工艺涉及的构筑物参数进行了详细介绍。对其运行结果进行评估,经过处理后的水质可以满足《污水综合排放标准》的新扩改二级标准,综合来看整体费用较普通工艺有所降低。 In view of the increasingly strict requirements for environmental protection and the large amount of sludge in the treatment of phosphating wastewater by existing processes,phosphating wastewater mainly comes from degreasing,pickling and phosphating.A process of purifying phosphating wastewater by combining artificial fast infiltration with chemical precipitation was introduced,and the structure parameters involved in this process was introduced in detail.According to the evaluation of its operation results,the water quality after treatment could meet the new expanded and modified secondary standard of the integrated wastewater discharge standard.In general,the overall cost was lower than that of the ordinary process.
