摘要
《金属材料学》是一门理论与实践应用相结合的课程,主要学习金属材料的合金化原理,并利用合金化原理来指导不同种类金属材料的成分设计、制定热处理工艺规范以及合理选择与使用材料的原则和方法。该课程包括的知识点多且较零散、理论性和实践性都较强,而授课学时较少,与之有关的先修课程较少,学生的基础较薄弱,学习有一定的难度,不能很好地利用理论知识解决实际问题。笔者根据自己的教学经历,总结了这门课程教学中的问题及教学方法。
Metallic Materials Science is a course combining theory and practical application.It mainly learns the alloying principle of metal materials,and uses the alloying principle to guide the composition design of different metal materials,formulate heat treatment processes,and rationally select and use materials.This course includes many knowledge points,and it is relatively scattered,theoretical and practical.However,there are fewer teaching hours and fewer prerequisite courses related to it.Students foundation is weak,which makes it difficult to learn and they cannot make good use of theoretical knowledge to solve practical problems.Based on the teaching experience,the problems and teaching methods in the teaching of this course were summarized.
