计及经济性的高比例新能源区域电网的不同储能类型的容量配置对比分析方法

摘要 随着可再生能源在中低压电网中规模化发展,以锂电池储能和小型抽水蓄能为主的多耦合储能系统在低压区域电网迅猛发展。以含储能的高比例新能源区域电网的经济性为目标函数,综合考虑偏远地区自然资源分布情况,对区域电网的储能系统进行配置优化,并对系统的最优配置进行性能分析。采用多目标优化算法,从系统设备的运行状态、最优配置方案和经济性角度出发,分别对含锂电池储能和小型抽水蓄能的区域电网进行分析。结果表明,风光抽水蓄能系统在经济性、供电可靠性和电能损失方面均优于风光锂电池储能系统。针对两系统最优配置方案各组件运行状态进行分析,可知锂电池储能的调峰能力和能源储存效率高于小型抽水蓄能装置,但其使用寿命较短且安全性较差,从长远角度考虑,使用小型抽水蓄能装置更为合理。 As renewable energy continues to be integrated into medium and low voltage power grids,multi-coupled energy storage systems,primarily based on lithium battery energy storage and small-scale pumped storage,have rapidly developed in low voltage regional grid areas.This paper takes the econo my of high proportion renewable energy regional grids containing energy storage as the objective function,comprehensively considers the distribution of natural resources in remote areas,a comprehensive analysis is conducted on the performance of the optimal configuration of the system.A multi-objective optimization algorithm is employed to analyze the regional grids with both lithium battery energy storage and small-scale pumped storage from the perspectives of operational status of system equipment,optimal configuration schemes,and economic viability.The results indicate that the wind-solar pumped storage system outperforms the wind-solar lithium battery energy storage system in terms of economic efficiency,power supply reliability,and energy loss.Analyzing the operational status of components in the optimal configuration schemes of both systems reveals that lithium battery energy storage has higher peak shaving capability and energy storage efficiency compared to small-scale pumped storage devices.However,it has a shorter lifespan and lower safety.Taking a long-term perspective into consideration,the utilization of small-scale pumped storage devices is more reasonable.
