考虑电压暂降多维可观测性的监测装置序贯优化配置方法 被引量:1

Sequential optimal configuration method for monitoring devices considering multi-dimensional observability of voltage sags

摘要 随着先进制造业集群的增加,电压暂降导致用户生产中断所引发的经济损失不断提升,有效监测记录电压暂降事件并追溯其源头,对电压暂降分析和抑制具有重要意义。电能质量监测装置(power quality monitor,PQM)的优化配置可在满足全网可观测性要求的基础上实现监测成本最低,然而传统方法仅能得到满足完全可观测性的最终配置方案,既难以应用于对监测装置数量需求少的场景,又无法给出装置数量逐渐递增的序贯配置流程,工程实用性不强。此外,传统方法通常只考虑电压暂降可观测性,忽略了配置方案对监测数据后续分析的影响。为此,提出了一种考虑电压暂降多维可观测性的序贯优化配置方法,针对实际场景的任意装置数量需求,考虑电压暂降事件可观测性与暂降源可观测性构建多维可观测性指标,进而提出基于Bonobo优化器的多目标优化模型计算PQM序贯配置方案。并在IEEE 69节点径向配电网上进行了验证,结果显示通过21.74%的PQM可实现70.42%的电压暂降事件可观测性和92.65%的故障位置可观测性,并能得到装置数量逐渐递增的序贯配置策略,证明了该方法的有效性和实用性。 With the increase of advanced manufacturing clusters,the economic losses caused by the interruption of user production due to voltage sags continue to rise,and it is of great significance to analyze and suppress voltage sags by effectively monitoring and recording voltage sags and tracing their sources.The optimal configuration of power quality monitoring devices can realize the lowest monitoring cost on the basis of meeting the requirement of network-wide observability,however the traditional method can only obtain the configuration scheme to meet the complete observability at one time,which is not only difficult to be applied to the scenarios of arbitrary monitoring device number requirements but also cannot give the sequential configuration process of gradually increasing device number,which makes it not very practical for engineering.In addition,traditional methods usually only consider the voltage sags observability,ignoring the impact of the configuration scheme on the subsequent analysis of monitoring data.For this reason,this paper proposes a sequential optimal configuration method that considers the multidimensional observability of voltage sags,and constructs a multi-objective optimization model based on Bonobo optimizer to calculate the sequential configuration order of the devices,considering the multi-dimensional observability of voltage sags for the demand of any number of devices of the actual scenarios.It is also validated on an IEEE 69-node radial distribution network,and the results show that 70.42%of voltage sags observability and 92.65%of fault location observability are achieved through 21.74%of PQM,and a coherent configuration strategy with gradually increasing number of devices can be obtained,which proves the validity and practicability of the method.
