时速400 km/h高速动车组在不同线路边界条件的动力学性能分析

摘要 为了研究时速400 km高速列车的动力学性能,本文基于京沪谱轨道不平顺,对新轮、磨耗轮与60N和60D两种钢轨型面匹配的工况以及不同曲线和超高工况下进行动力学计算性能对比计算。结果表明:采用LMB_10踏面的高速动车组,车辆的平稳性及稳定性指标均能满足相关标准要求,具有足够的安全冗余;在轮轨匹配条件下,新轮的动力学性能优于磨耗轮,有利于车辆的通过,建议采用新轮匹配轮轨关系;磨耗踏面与CN 60N和Rail_60钢轨型面匹配的各项数据基本重合,表明磨耗踏面与何种钢轨型面匹配对运行稳定性几乎不产生影响;LMB 10_new和CN60N组合下的轮轨匹配关系下,通过各种曲线和超高情况下稳定性各项指标均未超出限值,满足标准要求且有足够的安全裕量。采用LMB 10_new和CN60N匹配的轮轨关系时,在相同工况下,成渝谱的各项平稳性指标值优于于郑西谱、京沪谱。 In order to explore the dynamic performance of the 400 km/h high-speed train,based on the track irregularity of Beijing-Shanghai railway,the dynamic calculation performance of the new wheel,the worn wheel and the working conditions matching the 60N and 60D rail profiles,as well as the different curves and super elevation working conditions are compared and calculated.When LMB_10 tread is used for high-speed EMUs,both the vehicle's motion stability and running stability indexes can meet the relevant standards with enough safety margin.The dynamic performance of the new wheel-rail matching is better than that of the worn wheel,which indicates that the new wheel state is conducive to vehicle passing and it is recommended to use the new wheel to match the wheel-rail relationship.The data of the matching between the wear tread and the rail profile of CN 60N and Rail_60 basically coincide,indicating that type of the rail profile when matching has little effect on the running stability.Under the wheel-rail matching relationship under the combination of LMB 10_new and CN 60N,all the stability indexes through various curves and under ultra-high conditions are within the limit,which meets the standard requirements and has sufficient safety margin.Under the wheel-rail matching relationship under the combination of LMB 10_new and CN 60N,the stability indexes of Chengdu-Chongqing railway are higher than those of Zhengzhou-Xi an railway and Beijing-Shanghai railway.
