提升中国式现代化国际话语权,是打破西方质疑与话语权垄断的迫切需求,是彰显中国式现代化世界意义的战略举措。当前,中国式现代化成就的国际化延展、中国式现代化话语的国际化转向、中国式现代化理念的国际化认同,为提升中国式现代化国际话语权提供了坚实基础。与此同时,提升中国式现代化国际话语权,面临着西方现代化话语霸权“围猎”、国际学术话语权的势差地位、“西强中弱”的国际传播秩序、中西文化差异与价值观冲突等多重挑战。新时代新征程上,要聚焦国家发展,夯实中国式现代化国际话语权的现实根基;推动术语革命,建构学理化与自洽性的中国式现代化话语体系;促进媒介交融,助力中国式现代化话语的国际传播;强化道义支撑,实现中国式现代化话语权的国际认同。

Enhancing the international discourse power of Chinese modernization is an urgent need to break the Western questioning and the monopoly of discourse power,and a strategic measure to demonstrate the significance of Chinese modernization in the world.At present,the international extension of the achievements of Chinese modernization,the international shift of Chinese modernization discourse,and the international identification of the concept of Chinese modernization have provided a solid foundation for enhancing the international discourse power of Chinese modernization.Meanwhile,the promotion of the international discourse power of Chinese modernization also faces multiple challenges such as the hegemony of Western modernization discourse,the potential difference in the international academic discourse,the international communication order characterized by “West is strong and China is weak”,and cultural differences and value conflicts between China and the West.In the new journey of the New era,it is necessary to consolidate the practical foundation of the international discourse of Chinese modernization by focusing on national development,construct a theoretical and self-consistent discourse system of Chinese modernization by promoting the terminology revolution,facilitate the international dissemination of Chinese modernization by promoting the integration of media,and realize the international recognition of Chinese modernization discourse by strengthening moral support.
