赋能教育联合问题导向护理在肝癌介入治疗中的应用效果

Effect of Empowerment Education Combined with Problem-oriented Nursing in Interventional Therapy for Liver Cancer

目的探讨赋能教育联合问题导向护理在肝癌介入治疗中的应用效果。方法采用便利抽样法,选取2021年8月至2022年8月收治于赣州市某医院行肝癌介入治疗的患者作为研究对象,按入院先后顺序进行分组,以2021年8-12月入院的患者作为对照组,以2022年1-8月入院的患者作为观察组,每组各33例。对照组给予常规护理干预,观察组则采用赋能教育联合问题导向护理干预,均持续干预3个月。采用健康信念水平调查表、汉密尔顿焦虑量表、汉密尔顿抑郁量表、Morisky服药依从性问卷及欧洲癌症治疗与研究生命质量核心量表进行评分比较。结果干预3个月后,观察组患者健康信念水平、Morisky评分、生命质量评分均高于对照组(P<0.05);焦虑及抑郁得分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论赋能教育联合问题导向护理能帮助肝癌介入治疗患者有效构建健康信念,促使其保持健康心理状态,有利于提升患者的服药依从性,并促进其生命质量改善和提升。

Objective To explore the effect of empowerment education combined with problem-oriented nursing in interventional therapy for liver cancer.Methods Patients were selected by convenience sampling who underwent interventional therapy for liver cancer in a hospital in Ganzhou City from August 2021 to August 2022.They were grouped based on their sequence of admission.Those admitted from August to December 2021 were included in the control group(n=33)while those admitted from January to August 2022 were included in the observation group(n=33).The control group was given routine nursing intervention for three consecutive months,while the observation group was given empowerment education combined with problem-oriented nursing intervention for three consecutive months.The patients were investigated by using the Health Belief Questionnaire,Hamilton Anxiety Rating Scale,Hamilton Depression Rating Scale,Morisky Medication Adherence Scale and EORTC Quality of Life Questionnaire.The scores were compared between the groups.Results After three months of intervention,the scores of health belief level,medication adherence and quality of life in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);the scores of anxiety and depression in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of empowerment education and problem-oriented nursing helps patients undergoing interventional therapy for liver cancer to construct health beliefs,maintain a healthy psychological state,enhance medication adherence and improve their quality of life.
