摘要
敏捷开发模型是以人为中心的开发模式,在当前需求不断变更的情况下能够快速产出可用的产品,并且对过程中的风险有很好的把控。针对当前软件工程专业实训课程传统教育模式存在局限性,如不能很好地针对学生的具体情况适时调整教学计划,以及仅使用最终实训报告来考核学生的学习结果,不能对过程以及能力提升进行合理评估的问题。本研究提出将敏捷的方式应用到教学中,以学生为中心,并充分发挥教师的引导和促进作用,旨在培养学生独立思考和解决问题的能力。整个实训过程按照Scrum模型的流程以项目小组的形式进行课程推进,进行分阶段评估,并提出评价标准。这种方式体现了真正以学生为中心的教育理念,增强了学生的内在学习动力,培养了自主学习能力,最终实现培养应用型人才的目标。
The Agile development model is a people-centered approach that can rapidly produce usable products in the face of con-stantly changing requirements,while effectively managing risks throughout the process.Addressing the limitations of the traditional education model in current software engineering practical training courses,such as the inability to adjust teaching plans according to students'specific circumstances and the sole reliance on the final training report for assessing students'learning outcomes without evaluating the process and skill improvement,this study proposes the application of Agile methods in teaching,with a focus on stu-dent-centeredness and leveraging the guiding and facilitating role of teachers to cultivate students'abilities in independent thinking and problem-solving.The entire training process follows the Scrum model's workflow and is conducted in the form of project teams,incorporating phased evaluations and proposing evaluation criteria.This approach embodies a genuine student-centered educational philosophy,enhances students'intrinsic motivation for learning,fosters self-directed learning abilities,and ultimately achieves the goal of cultivating applied talents.
