激波与蒸汽透平效率的关系

摘要 化工装置的高效化需求,使得蒸汽透平装置得到了广泛的应用。但蒸汽透平大型化局部会产生激波,会产生危害并且强度越高,危害越大。尽管透平结构上叶片和分离器作了改进,但在工艺上如何避免激波的产生和减弱激波强度是一个讨论的课题。文章针对空压机机组蒸汽透平排气压力高的问题原因进行分析,对装置运行和停车期间进行排查和处理,消除了空压机机组蒸汽透平排气压力高的问题,找到了蒸汽透平激波强度与效率的关系,保证了PTA装置经济、安全运行。 The high efficiency requirements of chemical plants have led to the widespread application of steam turbine units.However,the enlargement of steam turbines can generate shock waves locally,which can cause harm,and the higher the intensity,the greater the harm.Although improvements have been made to the blades and separator of the turbine structure,how to avoid the generation of shock waves and reduce shock wave intensity in the process is a topic of discussion.The article analyzes the reasons for the high exhaust pressure of the steam turbine in the air compressor unit,conducts inspections and treatments during the operation and shutdown of the device,eliminates the problem of high exhaust pressure of the steam turbine in the air compressor unit,finds the relationship between steam turbine shock wave intensity and efficiency,and ensures the economic and safe operation of the PTA device.
