摘要
随着我国聚烯烃项目的产能持续增长,挤压机作为聚烯烃项目的关键设备之一,其制造工艺及技术快速发展,对其结构和使用特性进行分析和研究具有十分重要的作用。本文对聚烯烃挤压机的结构形式和分类进行了分析,结合已建或在建项目的应用研究,实现挤压造粒设备在经济性、设备布置、生产能力等方面的比较,为后续项目的运行优化和设计制造提供了理论和实践的指导。
With the continuous growth of production capacity in China's polyolefin projects,extrusion machines,as one of the key equipment in polyolefin projects,have rapidly developed their manufacturing processes and technologies.Analyzing and studying their structure and usage characteristics is of great importance.This article analyzes the structural types and classifications of polyolefin extruders,and combines the application research of existing or ongoing projects to achieve a comparison of extrusion granulation equipment in terms of economy,equipment layout,production capacity,etc.,providing theoretical and practical guidance for the operation optimization and design and manufacturing of subsequent projects.
