The vertical milling machine is an essential piece of engineering equipment.Its reduction gear,unlike traditional milling machines,enables the connection between the motor and the grinding roller and facilitates the transmission of power to the reducer and other relevant components.This significantly enhances operational efficiency.By analyzing the current development of vertical milling,and starting from the fundamental principles and performance requirements,the key points in the design of the reduction gear are identified.Adhering strictly to assembly standards,maintenance procedures,and oil management systems during application effectively improves the stability of the equipment’s operation.This contributes to cost savings and increased efficiency for enterprises.
