摘要
随着“中国制造2025战略”的实施,工业机器人在我国制造业的转型升级中发挥出了重要作用。参照国家职业技能标准,准确对接市场和岗位需求,从整合工业机器人应用与维护专业课程内容、开发学习模块、完善实训平台着手进行一体化课程的建设,可有效解决现阶段职业教育工科类专业存在的双师型教师匮乏、理论学习互动性缺失、实验(实训)设备成本高昂等问题,实现理论教学与实践教学的统一、能力培养与职业技能的融合,全面提升专业人才的综合能力。
With the implementation of the"Made in China 2025 Strategy",industrial robots have played an important role in the transformation and upgrading of China's manufacturing industry.This article refers to the national vocational skills standards,accurately connects market needs and job needs,and starts to build integrated courses.It is mainly to integrate industrial robotics applications and maintain professional curriculum content,develop learning modules,and improve training platforms.The construction of integrated courses can effectively solve the current problems of engineering-oriented dual teacher teams,lack of interactivity in course theory learning,and high cost of experimental(practical training)equipment in vocational education engineering majors.To realize the unity of theoretical teaching and practical teaching,integrate ability cultivation with job positions.Finally,the comprehensive professional ability of professional talents will be improved comprehensively.
