运动康复治疗用于冠心病慢性心力衰竭患者的临床效果及心功能影响

Clinical Efficacy and Cardiac Function Impact of Exercise Rehabilitation Therapy for Patients with Coronary Heart Disease and Chronic Heart Failure

目的分析运动康复治疗用于冠心病慢性心力衰竭患者的临床效果及对心功能影响。方法选择2019年11月—2021年3月内蒙古自治区人民医院确诊为冠心病慢性心力衰竭的76例患者作为研究对象,按随机数表法分为对照组和试验组,对照组(39例)接受常规健康指导,试验组(37例)接受运动康复治疗。比较患者NYHA心功能分级、超声心动图、运动耐受指标、心指数、心排血量、心搏出量变化及临床预后差异。结果治疗6个月后,试验组NYHA心功能评级优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组超声心动图、运动耐受指标变化均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组临床预后MACE发生率低于对照组,生存率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组的心指数、心排血量、心搏出量高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论运动康复治疗可积极改善冠心病慢性心力衰竭患者心功能及机体运动耐受,降低心血管不良事件发生风险,提升预后生存率,效果显著。

Objective To compare the clinical effect and effect of motion rehabilitation treatment for patients with chronic heart failure in coronary heart disease.Methods 76 patients with chronic heart failure in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region People's Hospital from November 2019 to March 2021 were diagnosed as research objects and randomly grouped.During the treatment,the control group(n=39)received conventional health guidance,and the test group(n=37)received sports rehabilitation treatment.The NYHA's heart functional grading,ultrasonic heart dynamics,exercise tolerance indicators,heart indexes,heart blood emissions,heart beats,and clinical prognosis differences of two groups were compared.Results After 6 months of treatment,the NYHA's heart functional grading of the test group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05),the indicators were better than the control group(P<0.05),the clinical prognosis of the test group was lower than the control group and the survival rate was higher than the control group(P<0.05),the volume and heart fighting volume was higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Sports rehabilitation treatment can actively improve the heart function and body movement tolerance of patients with chronic heart failure in coronary heart disease,reduce the risk of cardiovascular adverse events,increase the prognosis survival rate,and have significant effects.
