基于Citespace的视网膜色素变性的文献计量学分析

Bibliometrics Analysis of Retinitis Pigmentosa Based on Citespace

目的基于文献计量学探究近20年国内外关于视网膜色素变性(RP)的研究现状和热点前沿。方法分别检索中国知网数据库(CNKI)和Web of Science核心数据库(WoSCC)有关RP实验研究和临床研究的文献,利用Citespace进行可视化分析。结果共筛选出2277篇文献,CNKI和WoSCC中分别检索出354篇中文文献和1923篇英文文献,年度发文量总体呈上升趋势。湖南中医药大学第一附属医院和伦敦大学分别是CNKI和WoSCC中发文量最大的机构。彭清华和彭俊是CNKI中发文量最大的作者,Tsang Stephen H是WoSCC中发文量最大的作者。由关键词分析可知WoSCC文献的研究重点是遗传学和基因组学研究,而CNKI文献的研究重点是中医药治疗。结论本研究利用Citespace软件对RP研究领域的现状进行分析,明确当前的研究热点和前沿,为关注该领域的研究者提供了新思路和理论参考。

Objective Based on Bibliometrics,this paper explores the research status and hot frontiers of Retinitis pigmentosa(RP)at home and abroad in recent 20 years.Methods Retrieve literature related to RP experimental and clinical studies from the CNKI database and the Web of Science Core Collection(WoSCC)database,and use Citespace for visual analysis.Results A total of 2277 articles were selected,with 354 in CNKI and 1923 in WoSCC,respectively.The overall annual publication volume is on the rise.The First Affiliated Hospital of Hunan University of Chinese Medicine and the University of London are the institutions with the largest publication volume among CNKI and WoSCC,respectively.Peng Qinghua and Peng Jun are the authors who published the most literature in CNKI,and Tsang Stephen H is the author who published the most literature in WoSCC.Keyword analysis shows that the research focus of literature in WoSCC is genetics and Genomics,while the research focus of literature in CNKI is TCM treatment.Conclusion This study uses Citespace software to analyze the current status of RP research,clarify the current research hotspots and frontiers,and provide new ideas and theoretical references for researchers who are interested in this field.
