摘要
针对某汽车轮毂轴承单元在路试过程中出现轻微异响的问题,分析其主要原因为组合式密封圈合套过程中径向唇口发生卷边,造成径向唇口与骨架尖角摩擦,故对密封圈结构进行改进并借助工装进行合套,泥水耐久试验结果表明密封效果良好,且采用新密封圈的汽车轮毂轴承单元装车使用后未出现异常。
In response to the problem of slight abnormal noise in an automobile hub bearing units during road test,the main reason is analyzed as curling of radial lip during assembly of combined seal,resulting in friction between radial lip and sharp angle of frame.Therefore,the structure of seal is improved and the assembly is carried out with tooling.The mud water durability test shows that the effect of seal is good,and there is no abnormality in the bearing with new seal after installation and use.
