患者男,65岁,发现脐周包块1年,组织病理检查证实为来源于脐尿管低分化腺癌。

A65year-old male was admitted to hospital with mass in the area of umbilical for one year,and histopatho-logical examination showed it is low differentiated adenocacinoma originated from umbilico-urethral canal.
