摘要
采用水热法制备了仿生荆棘状的金属网分离膜,利用傅里叶红外光谱仪、扫描电子显微镜、紫外分光光度计、接触角测量仪等对材料进行了结构和性能的表征,并研究了材料对油水混合物的分离性能。该实验能够提高学生的实践动手能力及实验操作技能。
Aiming at the current research hotspots of new environmental materials,the scientific research experiment of“the controllable preparation of biomimetic thornlike metal mesh membranes and its oilwater separation”is transformed into a researchoriented teaching experimental project.The membrane is synthesized by simple solution method.The structure and performance are characterized by Fourier infrared spectrometer,scanning electron microscopy,ultraviolet visible spectrophotometer,and contact angle meter,and the separation performance for oilwater mixtures are studied.This experiment can not only improve students’practical ability and operation skills,but also help stimulate students’innovative thinking and innovation enthusiasm.
