摘要
BIM和装配式的结合是当前建造技术发展的前沿,是目前建筑工程建设中最热门的课题之一。基于共词分析,借助Bicomb和SPSS软件,对收录在Webof science数据库中2006~2022年间发表的200篇文献计量分析结果表明,相关研究可归类为信息协同、施工协同、设计协同、资源协同4个主题:主要研究热点为通过构建BIM标准、数字技术、物联网平台,引入面向制造和装配的设计、精益建造等原则实现设计、施工可视化及自动化,最终达到建筑能效与建筑废物管理的最小化目标。装配式建筑未来的发展方向是可视化图件整合全过程信息协同;全面自动化控制、管理及监督的施工协同;AI和BIM结合优化平台的设计协同;能效、材料与组件、环境的全寿命周期资源协同。
The combination of BIM and prefabricated is the forefront of the development of existing construction technology,and it is one of the most popular topics in construction engineering.Based on co-word analysis and visual analysis,Bicomb and SPSS were used to make a quantitative analysis of 200 literatures included in the Web of science database from 2006 to 2022.The results showed that:The research can be classified into four themes:information synergy,construction synergy,design synergy and resource synergy.The future development direction of prefabricated architecture is the information cooperation of all parties in the whole process of visual map integration;realize the construction coordination of comprehensive automatic control,management and supervision;platform optimization design collaboration combined with AI and BIM;life-cycle resource synergy between energy efficiency,materials and components,and environment.Research focuses on building BIM standards,digital technologies,and Internet of Things platforms,and introducing design for manufacturing and assembly,lean construction and other principles to achieve visualization and automation of design and construction,and ultimately achieve the goal of minimizing building energy efficiency and construction waste management.The future development direction of prefabricated architecture is the information cooperation of the whole process of visual map integration;the construction coordination of comprehensive automatic control,management and supervision;the design collaboration of AI and BIM combined optimization platform;the life-cycle resource synergy between energy efficiency,materials and components,and environment.
