摘要 创新创业实验室具备面向未来大科学时代培养复合型人才的教育功能,具有教育资源开放共享、育人环境沉浸体验、教与学之间双向反馈、科教产教双融合的特性,使其与“四新”建设高度契合,已成为高校人才培育的重要支撑。基于体验式学习,深入探究创新创业实验室与创新人才培养的逻辑关系、发展模式,提出创新创业实验室人才培养的3个转变:教师由“经师”向“经师”和“人师”统一的转变、学生由“被动接受”向“主动探索”转变、学习空间由“物理空间”向“虚拟空间”延伸,助推创新创业实验室形成新的人才培养范式。 The innovation and entrepreneurship laboratory has the educational function of cultivating compound talents for the future era of big science.Its characteristics of open sharing of educational resources,immersion experience of educational environment,two-way feedback between teaching and learning,and dual integration of science education and industry education make it highly compatible with the construction of“four new”,and become an important support for cultivating talents in universities.Based on experiential learning,the research deeply explores the logical relationship and development mode between innovation and entrepreneurship laboratory and innovative talents cultivation,and points out three transformations of talents cultivation in innovation and entrepreneurship laboratory,i.e.,teachers change from“teacher of classics”to“teacher of classics”and“teacher of life”,students change from“passive acceptance”to“active exploration”,and learning space extends from“physical space”to“virtual space”,which helps innovation and entrepreneurship laboratory form a new paradigm of talent cultivation.
