基于数字孪生的高校实验室高温设备智能化监管体系的探究

摘要 针对目前高校实验室高温设备的智能化监控力度低和缺乏数字化模型以及事故频发等问题,在基于数字孪生技术对实验室高温设备智能化监管平台设备同步和数据同步研究的基础上,设计了包括感知层、传输层、服务层、应用层的实验室高温设备智能化动态监控系统。构建了实验室高温设备的数字孪生模型,并对实验室及高温设备可视化状态监控系统进行初步建模,对高温设备的生产线监控系统的软件功能提出了包括上位机监控和下位机实现实验室风险源设备运行障碍排除、运行情况预测、设备日常维护提醒及自我思考、自我维护以及设备位置、人员位置和人员行为控制等要求的设计思路。数字孪生的高校实验室高温设备智能化监管系统可以实现设备参数、人员操作等各环节的数据采集,后台数据模型可视度高,可实现对高温设备进行动态监控、故障报警、数据分析和故障预测等智能化管理。 Aiming at the problems such as the low level of intelligent monitoring and the lack of digital model and frequent accidents of high temperature equipment in university laboratories,on the basis of research on equipment synchronization and data synchronization of intelligent supervision platform for laboratory hightemperature equipment based on digital twin technology,the intelligent dynamic model monitoring system of laboratory high temperature equipment is designed,which includes sensing layer,transmission layer,service layer and application layer.In this paper,the digital twin model of laboratory hightemperature equipment is conceived and preliminary modeling of visual state monitoring system for laboratory and hightemperature equipment is made.At the same time,the software function of the production line monitoring system of hightemperature equipment is proposed,including the upper computer monitoring and the lower computer laboratory risk source equipment operation obstacle removal,operation prediction,equipment daily maintenance reminder and selfthinking,selfmaintenance and equipment location,personnel location and personnel behavior control requirements.The digital twin intelligent supervision system of high temperature equipment in university laboratory can realize the data collection of equipment,personnel operation and other links.With high visibility of background data model,intelligent management such as dynamic monitoring,fault alarm,data analysis and fault prediction can be realized for hightemperature equipment management.
