二十年来我国高校采购研究的计量学研究——基于Citespace软件的知识图谱分析

Procurement Research in Chinese Universities over the Past Two Decades:A Bibliometrics Study via Citespace Software

高校采购是国家财政支出的重要组成部分,一流的采购管理水平是实现“双一流”建设发展目标的重要支撑与保障。利用Citespace软件对2000~2022年高校采购研究的文献特征、研究热点和时空演变规律进行计量学分析,结果表明:高校采购研究的进程受国家政策宏观影响较大,研究学者对政策敏感性极高;研究成果的学科属性单一、缺乏跨学科合作,研究方法以定性分析为主,缺少实证研究;研究主题围绕高校采购的内涵概念与现实意义、项目类型与采购方式、改革进程与风险策略3个方面展开;研究的历史演变趋势呈现出由强转弱的态势,并开启了“规范采购”向“创新采购”的跨越。未来的研究方向应致力于:加强跨学科学者之间的学术合作;提升高校采购的实证研究层次,创新理论研究模型;密切关注国家发展战略,聚焦研究领域的前沿政策,促进高校采购管理工作的改革。

Procurement in universities is an important part of national financial expenditure,and firstclass procurement management is an important support and guarantee to achieve the development goal of“double firstclass”construction.This paper analyzes the development of university procurement research from 2000 to 2022 via Citespace,which systematically analyzes the literature characteristics,research hotspots and spatial and temporal evolution patterns of university procurement research.The results show that:the process of university procurement research is greatly influenced by the macroscopic influence of national policies,and research scholars are extremely sensitive to policies;there is a lack of crossdisciplinary research and empirical analysis;the research hotspots include the conceptual and practical significance of university procurement,project types and procurement methods,the processes of reform and strategies against risk;the historical trend of the study shows a change from strength to weakness,and leaps from“standardized procurement”to“innovative procurement”.The future research should be devoted to strengthen the academic cooperation among interdisciplinary scholars;enhance the level of empirical research and innovate theoretical research models;pay close attention to the national frontier development policies,and promote the reform of procurement management in universities.
