摘要
新工科的专业建设强调多学科交叉融合,在此背景下,不同专业背景的学生使用实验室的频率大大增加,对实验室安全建设提出了新的要求和挑战。因此,在剖析高校新工科实验室安全的内涵和意义基础上,分析目前高校实验室安全教育体系存在的问题。结合学校在推进安全教育体系建设方面的改革举措,包括“提高主体参与和防范意识”“开设安全教育通识课程”“明确职责,强化管理”“构建多元化教育模式”“加强应急处置演练”和“建立有效的评价与反馈机制”等方面,全面探讨了高校实验室安全教育体系改革实践的要素、内容、方法、途径及意义,为新工科的建设和发展提供有力支撑。
The construction of new engineering specialty highlights multidisciplinary cross and fusion.Under such a background,the frequency of laboratory use by interdisciplinary students greatly rises,which poses new criteria and challenges to the construction of laboratory safety.In view of this,the connotation and importance of laboratory safety for new engineering specialty are firstly elucidated,and then the current situation and issues occurred in the safety education system of college laboratories are analyzed.Next,based on the measures of laboratory safety reform and practice of Hebei University,we comprehensively discuss the strategic elements,contents,methods,approaches,and significance toward systematic reform of laboratory safety in college,from the aspects of“strengthening consciousness of participation and prevention”,“opening general education courses of laboratory safety”,“clarifying responsibilities and reinforcing management”,“building diversified education models”,“organizing emergency response exercises”,and“setting up effective evaluation and feedback mechanism”.Finally,the effects upon the reform measures are presented.
