摘要
动物消化道内复杂多样的微生物群落代谢营养物质可产生短链脂肪酸(SCFAs)、生物胺等物质参与宿主生理调控。微生物代谢产生的SCFAs中以乙酸、丙酸和丁酸含量居高,且SCFAs能够调控胃肠道微生物群,促进胃肠道发育,调节免疫功能,缓解应激、炎症反应,增强肠道屏障功能。本文就动物体内SCFAs的产生与转运、生理功能及其在畜禽生产中的应用研究进行综述,为SCFAs作为功能性饲料添加剂研究和应用提供理论依据。
The complex and diverse microbial communities in animal digestive tracts metabolize nutrients to produce biogenic amines such as SCFAs.They are involved in host physiological regulation.Among them,the contents of acetic acid,propionic acid and butyric acid are the highest in microbial metabolism SCFAs.Meanwhile,SCFAs can regulate gastrointestinal microbiome,promote gastrointestinal development,regulate immune function,relieve stress and inflammation,and enhance intestinal barrier function.The production,transport,physiological functions and application of SCFAs in animal were reviewed,which provides theoretical basis for SCFAs as a functional feed additive.
