泌乳因子对乳糖合成相关基因调控的研究进展

摘要 乳糖作为乳汁渗透压调节剂,是提高产奶量的关键因素之一。葡萄糖转运载体和乳糖合成关键酶调控乳腺细胞对血液中葡萄糖的摄取和代谢从而影响乳糖合成。为提高泌乳奶牛日粮转化效率、乳产量,有必要深入研究奶牛乳腺的乳糖合成机制。本文主要以乳糖合成过程为切入点,分别从葡萄糖、激素和一些添加剂如何调控葡萄糖运转载体基因以及乳糖合成关键酶基因的表达进行综述,为合理调控乳糖合成、提高乳产量和改善乳品质提供参考。 Lactose,as a regulator of osmal pressure in milk,is one of the key factors to improve milk yield.Glucose transporters and key lactose synthesis enzymes regulate the uptake and metabolism of glucose in blood by mammary cells and thus affect lactose synthesis.In order to improve the ration conversion efficiency and milk yield of lactating cows,it is necessary to further study the lactose mechanism of mammary glands.This paper mainly focuses on the process of lactose synthesis,and reviews how glucose,hormones and some additives regulate the expression of glucose transporter genes and key enzyme genes of lactose synthesis,in order to provide reference for rational regulation of lactose synthesis,increasing milk yield and improving milk quality.
