肠道微生物与犬猫肥胖关系的研究进展

Research Progress on the Relationship Between Intestinal Microbiota and Obesity in Dogs and Cats

近年来,肥胖已经成为影响犬猫健康的瓶颈问题。目前已有研究证明,肠道微生物与犬猫肥胖相关。肠道微生物群落改变会导致肥胖的发生,发病机制比较复杂,可能与肠道微生物群落改变导致的能量代谢失衡、炎症反应以及肠道微生物代谢产物相关。有些不确定饮食干预调控肠道微生物可实现对犬猫肥胖的有效治疗。本文从肠道微生物与犬猫肥胖、肠道微生物在肥胖中的作用机制、饮食干预对肥胖犬猫肠道微生物的影响以及微生物在犬猫肥胖防控中的应用4个方面进行综述,以期为解决犬猫肥胖问题提供参考。

In recent years,obesity has become a bottleneck problem affecting the health of dogs and cats.Studies have proven that the gut microbiomr is associated with obesity in dogs and cats.Changes in the gut microbial community can lead to the occurrence of obesity.The pathogenesis is complex,which may be related to the imbalance of energy metabolism,inflammatory reaction and intestinal microbial metabolites caused by the change of gut microbial community.Regulation of the gut microbiome through dietary interventions to achieve effective treatment of obesity in dogs and cats.This review focuses on four aspects:gut microbiota and obesity in dogs and cats,the mechanism of gut microbiota in obesity,the effect of dietary intervention on gut microbiota in obese dogs and cats,and the application of microbes in the prevention and control of obesity in dogs and cats,in order to provide a reference for solving the problem of obesity in dogs and cats.
