摘要
针对关中地区钢结构景观被腐蚀后影响美观和功能失效的问题,提出一种新型复合防腐涂料的制备。试验以传统环氧树脂涂料为对照,对复合涂料的基础性能进行测试。试验结果表明,在Q235碳钢上的附着力达到了0级,铅笔硬度达到了2 H。覆涂了复合涂层的Q235碳钢自腐蚀电位和自腐蚀电流密度分别为-0.346 V和0.012μA/cm^(2),腐蚀速度为1.572×10^(-4)mm/a,较纯Q235碳钢样品极化曲线阳极斜率降低,自腐蚀电流密度下降,自腐蚀电位正向移动,腐蚀速率降低,表现出良好的防腐效果。将其用于关中地区景观设计,其应用效果和艺术效果良好,表现出良好的应用性能。
A new type of composite anti-corrosion coating was proposed to address the issue of corrosion affecting the aesthetics and functional failure of steel structure landscapes in the Guanzhong area.The test was carried out on the basic properties of the composite coating with the traditional epoxy resin coating as a control.The test results showed that the adhesion on Q235 carbon steel reached level 0,and the pencil hardness reached 2H.The self corrosion potential and self corrosion current density of Q235 carbon steel coated with composite coating were-0.346 V and 0.012μA/cm ^(2),respectively,corrosion rate 1.572×10^(-4) mm/a,compared to pure Q235 carbon steel samples,the polarization curve anode slope decreased,the self corrosion current density decreased,the self corrosion potential moved forward,and the corrosion rate decreased,demonstrating a good anti-corrosion effect.Applying it to landscape design in the Guanzhong area had shown good application and artistic effects,demonstrating good performance.
