有机化工异味快速在线监测及实验比较研究

摘要 采用质子转移反应飞行时间质谱(PTR-TOF-MS5000)对典型化工异味进行了在线快速监测。结果表明,通过对企业A、企业B和企业C的各类污染源进行连续长时间监测,可得到不同时间段内烷烃、烯烃、芳香烃、含氧有机物和含卤素有机物等的浓度变化趋势,并结合生产状况、工艺特点和其他外在因素,分析影响VOCs含量变化的原因。企业B和企业C的在线监测和离线监测对比分析结果表明,在线监测和离线监测到的VOCs类型相同,且各类污染物的浓度监测结果较为接近,各VOCs质量浓度从大至小的趋势保持一致,表明采用质子转移反应飞行时间质谱在线监测的方案可行且具有较高准确性。 Proton transfer reaction time-of-flight mass spectrometry(PTR-TOF-MS5000)was used for online rapid monitoring of typical chemical odors.The results showed that the concentration change trend of alkanes,alkenes,aromatic hydrocarbon,oxygenated organics and halogenated organics in different periods of time could be obtained through continuous long-term monitoring of various pollution sources in enterprises A,B and C.The reasons affecting the change of VOCs content could be analyzed in combination with production conditions,process characteristics and other external factors.The comparative analysis results of online and offline monitoring between enterprise B and enterprise C showed that the types of VOCs detected online and offline monitoring were the same,and the concentration monitoring results of various pollutants were relatively similar.The trend of VOCs concentration from high to low was consistent,indicating that the online monitoring by proton transfer reaction time-of-flight mass spectrometry was feasible and has high accuracy.
