抗逆力对高职院校学生就业意向的影响因素分析——以山西省6所高职院校为例

Analysis of the Influencing Factors of Resilience on Students'Employment Intention in Higher Vocational Colleges--Take six higher vocational colleges in Shanxi Province as an example

随着普通高校毕业生人数的不断增加,高职院校学生在竞争激烈的就业市场中缺乏学历优势,面临更多的困难,导致自我效能感降低,出现情绪、心理甚至行为的失范。以山西省6所高职院校毕业生为调查对象,分析在严峻的就业形势下,不同水平的抗逆力对学生就业意向选择的影响,探讨学生提升抗逆力的方法,为高职院校就业创业指导工作提供新的思路。

With the increasing number of college graduates,students in higher vocational colleges lack academic advantages in the highly competitive job market and face more difficulties,which leads to a decrease in self-efficacy and the formation of emotional,psychological and even behavioral anomie.This paper analyzes the impact of different levels of resilience on students'employment intention choice under the severe employment situation,and discusses the methods of improving students'resilience,so as to provide new ideas for the employment and entrepreneurship guidance of higher vocational colleges.
