摘要 为了解安徽省不同种源樟树的叶片、果实、种子表型形态特征和多样性。本试验对安徽省9个种源地樟树的叶片、果实和种子的表型性状进行分析和评价。结果表明,安徽省不同种源樟树叶表型性状变异系数均大于10%,变异系数变化范围为13.75%~27.85%。果实和种子表型性状的变异系数变化范围为7.51%~26.45%,其中果实百粒重、体积,种子百粒重、体积变异系数均大于15%,果长、果宽、果高、果形指数和种子直径变异系数均小于10%;樟树叶表型性状相关性分析中,7个叶表型性状之间有较高程度的相关性,在樟树果实和种子表型性状相关性分析中果实和种子的9个表型性状之间有较高程度的相关性;聚类分析将9个种源地樟树聚为两类,第一类包括的种源地有宿松县、太湖县和东至县,第二类包括的种源地有歙县、屯溪区、潜山市、祁门县、休宁县和徽州区。第一类种源地的樟树表型特征为叶片大宽叶片,果实和种子较大,第二类种源地樟树表型特征为叶片为小叶,果实和种子偏小。 The morphological characteristics and diversity of leaf,fruit and seed of Cinnamomum camphora from different provenances in Anhui Province were studied.Leaf,fruit and seed phenotypic traits of Cinnamomum camphora from 9 provenances in Anhui Province were analyzed and evaluated.The results showed that the coefficient of variation of leaf phenotypic traits of Cinnamomum camphora from different provenances in Anhui Province was more than 10%and the variation coefficient ranged from 13.75%to 27.85%.The variation coefficients of phenotypic traits of fruits and seeds ranged from 7.51%to 26.45%,in which the variation coefficients of fruit 100-seed weight,fruit volume,seed 100-seed weight and seed volume were all greater than 15%,the variation coefficients of fruit length,fruit width,fruit height,fruit shape index and seed diameter were all less than 10%,in the analysis of correlation between fruit and seed phenotypic traits,there was a high degree of correlation between fruit and seed phenotypic traits,the first includes Susong County,Taihu County and Dongzhi counties,while the second includes She County,Tunxi District,Qianshan,Qimen County,Xiuning County and Huizhou District.The first type of provenances was characterized by large and wide leaves,larger fruits and seeds,while the second type was characterized by small leaves,smaller fruits and seeds.
