不同副产物基质对食用菌菌丝生长的影响

摘要 为无害化资源化利用副产物有机质资源,扩展食用菌栽培原料来源途径,减少木质菌材使用,促进产业发展节本增效。本试验利用副产物下脚料部分替代常规配方中的阔叶树木屑,研究不同基质配方条件下黑木耳和羊肚菌大试管菌丝(核)的生长情况。结果表明,两种食用菌菌丝在添加竹屑和白酒糟基质上均能正常生长,不同配方的菌丝生长情况存在一定差异,且同一种类不同菌株表现也有所不同。相对常规配方,黑木耳菌株适宜的竹屑替代量为30%~40%,白酒糟替代量为15%~20%;羊肚菌菌株则为竹屑10%和白酒糟20%。 To promote the harmless and resourceful utilization of byproducts and expand the sources of cultivation materials for edible fungi,reducing the use of woody substrates and promoting cost-effective industrial development,this study utilized byproduct residuals to partially replace broad leaf tree sawdust in the conventional substrate formula.The growth of Auricularia auricula and Morchella esculenta mycelia(nuclei)was studied under different substrate formulations.The results showed that both edible fungi mycelia could grow normally on substrates containing bamboo shavings and distiller's grains.There were certain differences in mycelial growth under different formulations,and different strains of the same species also exhibited variations.Compared to the conventional formula,the appropriate replacement percentage of bamboo shavings for A.auricula was 30%-40%,and for distiller's grains was 15%-20%.For M.esculenta,it was 10%for bamboo shavings and 20%for distiller's grains.
