摘要
轴端部件是动车组轮对轴箱的重要组成部分,是轴箱装置的主要附属零配件,其检修质量关系到动车组运行的可靠性和安全性。通过分析研究不同平台动车组轴端部件检修现状及检修工艺、流程的差异,运用“流水化、定制化、标准化、自动化、数字化”理念,进行检修工艺布局设计,设计采用了智能物流、机械手、AGV叉车等智能装备,在有限场地内进行兼容检修工艺规划布局设计,研究设计的工艺布局方案可实现不同平台动车组轴端部件的兼容检修,提高检修作业效率。
The axle end component is an important part of the wheelset axle box of EMU and the main accessory parts of the axle box device.Its maintenance quality is directly related to the reliability and safety of the operation of EMU.Through analyzing and studying the maintenance status of axle end components of different platforms and models of EMU and the differences in maintenance processes and processes,the maintenance process layout design was carried out by applying the concept of"pipelinization,customization,standardization,automation and digitalization".In the design,intelligent equipment such as intelligent logistics,manipulators and AGV forklifts were adopted to carry out compatible maintenance process planning and layout design in a limited site.The research and design of the process layout scheme can realize the compatible maintenance of axle end components of different platforms and models of EMU,and improve the maintenance efficiency.
