摘要
以采用主动式砂轮曲面打磨技术的MS-10C型曲面打磨车为研究对象,对其在线路钢轨预打磨中的应用进行了探讨研究,并与GMC-96X型钢轨打磨车的打磨质量和效率进行了对比。结果表明:采用MS-10C型曲面打磨车进行线路打磨后钢轨各项验收指标均能满足标准要求,在粗糙度、打磨平面宽度、发蓝带等表面质量上明显优于GMC-96X型钢轨打磨车,同时在砂轮起落点处不会出现周期性磨痕,并可灵活对钢轨擦伤进行处理。MS-10C型曲面打磨车综合打磨效率低于GMC-96X型钢轨打磨车,但可省去后续的快速打磨,具有更好的经济性。
The application of MS-10C surface grinding car with active grinding wheel in rail pre-grinding was discussed,and the grinding quality and efficiency of MS-10C curved surface grinding car were compared with those of GMC-96X rail grinding car.The results show that the MS-10C curved surface grinding car can meet the standard requirements in all acceptance indexes of the rail after grinding,and is obviously superior to the GMC-96X rail grinding car in surface quality such as roughness,grinding surface width,blue ribbon,etc.At the same time,there will be no periodic wear marks at the starting point of the grinding wheel,and the rail abrasion can be treated flexibly.However,its comprehensive grinding efficiency is lower than that of GMC-96X rail grinding car,but it does not need rapid-grinding and is better in economy.
