摘要
在城市道路快速化改建工程施工过程中,经常需上跨既有桥梁、搭接既有桥梁,由于现场环境条件的限制,通常需要在既有桥梁上进行吊装作业,在此类工程施工中桥梁分段重量、吊装设备自量及起吊能力、老桥承载力经过计算及相关经验基本可以确认,但在吊装施工期间对于既有桥梁的结构变形影响,仅仅依靠简单的计算或经验来判断变形量大小、安全与否是远远不够的,吊装施工的复杂性、不确定性以及在不中断交通情况下的动荷载的不可控性,决定了每次施工对结构的影响程度是不一样的。论文以济阳路快速化改建工程1标川杨河桥段为例,在高架桥钢箱梁吊装施工中对川杨河桥原结构变形监测数据进行分析总结,为后续相关环境下的同类工程施工提供一定的参考。
In the construction process of urban road rapid reconstruction project,it is often necessary to cross and overlap the existing bridges.Due to the limitation of site environmental conditions,it is usually necessary to carry out hoisting operations on the existing bridges.In the construction of such projects,the weight of bridge sections,the weight and lifting capacity of hoisting equipment,and the bearing capacity of old bridges can be basically confirmed by calculation and relevant experience.However,it is far from enough to judge the deformation and safety of the existing bridge only by simple calculation or experience during the hoisting construction.The complexity and uncertainty of the hoisting construction and the uncontrollability of the dynamic load under the condition of uninterrupted traffic determine that the influence of each construction on the structure is different.This paper takes Chuanyang River Bridge section of Jiyang Road Rapid Reconstruction Project Bid 1 as an example,analyzes and summarizes the original structural deformation monitoring data of Chuanyang River Bridge in the construction of viaduct steel box girder hoisting,which provides a certain reference for the construction of similar projects in the subsequent related environment.
