摘要
石香薷药材用于精油提取后的水提液中仍含有大量生物活性物质,具有开发为饲料添加剂的价值,从而实现石香薷资源的综合利用。采用HPLC法,按照优化后的色谱条件对24批石香薷水提取物样品的化学成分进行测定分析。建立了不同产地石香薷水提物的HPLC特征图谱,共确定8个特征峰,经对照品比对确定特征峰5、7、8分别为野黄芩苷、迷迭香酸和黄芩素-7-甲醚,设定迷迭香酸为参照峰(S峰),特征峰1~8的相对保留时间的规定值分别为0.176、0.444、0.495、0.676、0.765、0.954、1.000、1.618,精密度、重复性和稳定性考察中各特征峰相对保留时间的相对标准偏差(RSD)分别为0.03%~0.57%、0.01%~0.31%、0.04%~0.15%,相对峰面积的RSD分别为0.88%~2.60%、1.39%~3.33%、1.95%~4.54%。该研究建立的HPLC特征图谱具有良好的精密度、稳定性和重复性,为石香薷水提物作为饲料添加剂开发的质量控制提供了依据。
The aqueous extract of Mosla Chinensis Maxim after essential oil extraction still contains a large number of bioactive substances,and has the value of developing as feed additives,so as to realize the comprehensive utilization of Mosla chi-nensis Maxim resources.According to the optimized chromatographic conditions,the HPLC method was used to determine the chemical composition of 24 batches of Mosla chinensis Maxim.The HPLC characteristic chromatograms of aqueous extract of Mosla Chinensis Maxim from different habitats were established,and a total of 8 characteristic peaks were determined.The characteristic peaks 5,7 and 8 were determined to be scutellarin,rosmarinic acid and baicalein-7-methyl ether by comparison of reference substances.Rosmarinic acid was set as the reference peak(S peak),and the relative retention time of characteristic peaks 1-8 were 0.176,0.444,0.495,0.676,0.765,0.954,1.000 and 1.618,respectively.The RSDs of the relative retention time of each characteristic peak in the precision,repeatability and stability tests were 0.03%-0.57%,0.01%-0.31%,0.04%-0.15%,and the RSDs of the relative peak area were 0.88%-2.60%,1.39%-3.33%,1.95%-4.54%,respectively.The HPLC characteristic chromatogram established in this study had good precision,stability and repeatability,which provided a basis for the quality control of aqueous extract of Mosla Chinensis Maxim as feed additive.
