This article introduces a fault example of abnormal load adjustment of C25-3.43/0.12 steam turbine in a self-provided power plant,analyzes the reasons that may cause abnormal load adjustment of steam turbine from the aspect of equipment principle,and inspects and verifies them one by one,finds the root cause of the fault,and puts forward the improvement measures from the aspects of operation and maintenance,condition monitoring,and overhaul arrangement.
