国内外五种机器翻译平台对比——以特斯拉公司简介中文译文为例

Comparison of Five Domestic and Foreign Machine Translation Platforms:Taking the Chinese Profile of Tesla Company as an Example

人工智能飞速发展的今天,信息交流与人机交互也在蓬勃发展,大数据、算法等更是日益重要。机器翻译自上世纪产生以来,发展历程经历过波折,但却始终向好。国内外就有关机器翻译的研究与平台应用也在井喷式出现。国外而言,谷歌翻译、微软必应翻译为代表,国内来看,百度翻译、有道翻译占尽主流。此外,最近大火的ChatGPT也占有一席之地。本文将以这些翻译平台为载体,以特斯拉公司英语简介的五种机器翻译译文为考察对象,以期从中发现机器翻译现存的问题与不足,提出相应改进建议,为学者们在机器翻译研究领域提供参考和借鉴。

Nowadays,the rapid development of artificial intelligence has witnessed booming information exchange and human-computer interaction as well as big data,and algorithms.Since the inception of machine translation in the last century,the development process has experienced ups and downs,but it has always been good.Research and platform applications related to machine translation at home(eg.Baidu and Youdao Translation)and abroad(eg.Google Translate and Microsoft Bing)are also blowing out.In addition,ChatGPT,which recently caught fire,also has a place.This paper will take these translation platforms as the carrier and take the five machine translation translations of Tesla’s English introduction as the investigation object,in order to find out existing problems and shortcomings of machine translation,put forward corresponding improvement suggestions,and provide reference for scholars in the field of machine translation.
