650℃超超临界镍基高温合金超高压内缸铸造技术研究

摘要 介绍了高参数燃煤发电机组用镍基高温合金12 t级超高压内缸铸造技术研究工作及相关生产经验。结合镍基高温合金的材料特性、超高压内缸铸件的结构特点,应用MAGMA软件进行充型、凝固、应力多场耦合的模拟计算,并结合多年生产制造经验,制定合理的铸造工艺方案。目前,铸件已经完成毛坯制作,经对铸件化学成分、表观质量、尺寸进行检测,满足相关要求,为后续的工程化制造提供了经验。 This article introduces the research work and related production experiences of 12t ultra-high pressure inner cylinder casting technology with nickel-based high-temperature alloy for coal-fired power generation units with high parameters.Based on the material characteristics of nickel-based high-temperature alloy and the structural characteristics of ultra-high pressure inner cylinder castings,MAGMA software is applied to carry out the simulation calculation of the coupling of filling,solidification,and stress fields.Combined with years of production and manufacturing experiences,a reasonable casting process plan is formulated.At present,the production of rough casting has been completed,and after testing the chemical composition,apparent quality,and size of the casting,it meets the relevant requirements,providing experiences for subsequent engineering manufacturing.
