摘要
某材质为30Cr1Mo1V的汽轮机转子因无损检测不合格而报废,为了分析无损检测不合格的原因,对汽轮机转子进行解剖分析。针对缺陷部位定位取样、低倍分析、压断口,并对断口进行扫描电镜、能谱分析,确定缺陷的性质为裂纹性缺陷并伴随O-Al-Si-Mn类夹杂物。通过追溯冶炼过程缺陷的来源,优化了工艺参数并制定了一系列改进措施,减少该类缺陷产生,提高了产品质量。
A steam turbine rotor made of 30Cr1Mo1V was rejected due to unacceptable results after flaw detection.In order to analyze the causes of nonconformity after flaw detection,the anatomic analysis on steam turbine rotor was conducted.Sampling,macroanalysis and fracture crushing were carried out at the defect location,and the fracture surface was analyzed by scanning electron microscope and the energy spectrum analysis was made.The nature of defect was determined.It was a crack defect with O-Al-Si-Mn inclusions.By tracing the source of defects in smelting process,the technological parameters are optimized and a series of improvement measures are formulated to avoid the similar defects and the quality of products has been improved.
